Thank you for shopping with Circular Threads.   If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for help.  

Returns

All standard (non-custom) products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase.  All (custom) products, where we make an exclusive item for you are not returnable, unless there is a defect in workmanship.  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We will pay for the cost of re-shipping replacement items for any exchanges.
